Mostly Window Cleaning,  also limited Siding Soft Washing. More comprehensive service may be directed to a experienced service provider with whom we have a working relationship.

We focus on window cleaning, but we are happy to facilitate working with an experienced service provider with whom we have a working relationship. 

We use a waterfed pole and 4-Stage purifying filter system for all or most of your windows. Usually we use your home's water from the city tap water to clean your windows. City and well water has impurities, each city having its own levels of water purity. Basically, that means you've got particles of various minerals and chemicals like chlorine and iron in your water—they stick to a drying window and leave a residue. The system we use removes almost 100% of those impurities. It becomes almost like distilled water for quality. The result is the dirt on your windows bonds to the water streaming off them, leaving them squeaky clean—no residue—and they dry crystal clear. If you are on well water or your area has high water impurities, we will need tobring in outside water source.

We are WSIB registered. If you have any concerns, please let us know. The kind of window cleaning we do does not require a license. We do maintain working at heights training accreditation for workers that must do so. 

Yes we are insured - $2,000,000.00.

Yes. We respect your clean home. We will wear clean interior shoes, often along with "booties" to keep your floors and carpets clean. If we drip and it will look bad, we'll clean it asap. If needed (or on request), we'll lay area mats to avoid problems on light carpeting or other areas.

In order of preference Interac e-Transfer,  Cash, Cheque, Paypal (Credit Card). If you have access to the internet and have the ability to send e-Transfers to an email address, that is our preferred method. We're flexible. 

Water/Electrical Access: We need access at least one or two electrical outlets. Usually that is your exterior at the front and or garage electrical outlet - these will be GFI plugs. If we will use your water, we need clear access to the water source. Usually we only need access to one hose bib for a smaller home. We will need to know if you have city quality water via our form or whether you have a softener and a water filter system. We need to use purified water on the windows and need to know how much mineral content is in the water.
  
Screens: If you have exterior screens in difficult places, we may need interior access or we will not be able to do the window.

Yard/Neighbors: We also need access to bring our tools around to the back. If you have mutual access backyards, please let us know. We'll move your things if it's safe and put them back , but if you feel the need to move some of your more cherished things in advance, that would be appreciated.

I have a hard water softener—will that effect the system? Maybe. Hard water works against our system's effectiveness, and will likely end up leaving residue on your windows. If you have a softener system you will need to tell us. We'll either need to bypass it (if it's hooked up to the outside), if possible, or use water from another source.

 Currently we usually work Monday-Thursday. We can come while you are out as long as we can access your windows, exterior water source and electrical outlet to setup our system. We can bill you after completion via email.

You need to close and latch your windows and unlock your patio screen doors or we will not be able to do those windows or do them less effectively.

 Yes/Probably/Maybe. Hard water deposits can permanently damage/etch windows if left on too long or they are baked in the sun. We will charge extra per window to attempt to remove the deposits (which requires use of harsher chemicals and 0000 steel wool). Usually we can and you will enjoy a spotless view. We may need you to sign a liability waiver due to possibility of damage to the walls/siding/brick, window and sills.

Do you do House Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning or Model Home Cleaning? We are selective about the kind of cleaning we do. But feel free to ask. If you need some house cleaning and we can't do it, we usually know some trustworthy service provider who might be able to help you.

Such work takes a lot of time and involves risking damage to your windows by scratching. It also involves using chemicals that add to the expense of the job. Many people are not worried about the little bits of paint spatter or small silicone smears that may have been left. After all, they didn't notice them on their initial home inspections. Focusing on just the basics helps us keep charges to you lower. However, we understand that some clients want a super-clean window. If you want that, we'll charge you the initial amount and then future cleans won't have to worry about it.

Definitely - cash or e-transfer are our chosen methods of accepting payment. However, we don't offer reduce pricing for cash payments and we record all our payments accordingly for tax purposes...it's just how we roll. If you wish, we are happy to send you a receipt.
